Ascension was awesome! Now it's time to unwind and reset. Yin yoga works with breath, stillness, and releasing muscles to get into the fascia, the inner connected webbing of the joints and body. Full individual realization comes through holding poses for extended times, 3-5 minutes per pose. I'll probably throw in some restorative and somatic bits too. This is a feel good class! Absolute beginners are welcome. We'll be on the floor, so have a mat or towel and blocks (or a few pillows or couch cushions) with you. Wear cozy, comfy, stretchy layers!
